An Artistic Impression
Truck in the Tree
An Internationally known landmark for 24 years
Mark Madson saved the Twin Trees from being bulldozed when the new road going to the Little Limestone Company was being built. Who knew at that time, just by saving those trees would change the History of the Wisconsin Mad Man?
When Luke Madson was 12, Mark bought the 1959 Chevy Fleetside Pick up for $300.00, to restore it with his son, Luke, for his 16th birthday.
It was like a Light From Heaven when Mark & Luke decided to use the Chevy truck and put it into the tree to make a ‘Tree House’.
Mark had a “Buddy with a Crane” help him put up “The Truck in the Tree” in March.
The Truck in the Tree was featured in many Hot Rod & Off Road Truck Magazines. Mark Madson was interviewed by radio stations and TV news shows.
Mark put the “General Lee Car” in the tree before he put it on the roof of the Boar's Nest Tavern in Allen’s Grove. He also repainted the tree truck before putting it back up in the tree.
Luke Madson grew up and went to college.
The Truck in the Tree was featured on “Ripley’s Believe it or Not” as a Romantic Parking Place. It was shown every year just before Valentines Day.
Because of The Truck in the Tree, it helped Mark get on the TV show “Junk Yard Wars”.

The Truck in the Tree was put on the cover of Mark's first book “Creations of the Wisconsin Mad Man”.
Mark was featured on a Father and Son TV Show “Country Fried Video” answering the question - How would Mark Madson’s son turn out? Just like Mark only better.
Larry the Cable Guy was filmed in the Truck in the Tree in his TV show “Only in America”.
Both “The Truck in the Tree” and the “Packermobile” were featured on the “Packer Fan Reality Show”. Unfortunately the show never aired.
Mark shot the pilot episode for his own TV show “Rock Hard in Wisconsin”.
Because of the Truck in the Tree, Mark was selected as one of the featured characters for the TV show “Utopia”.
Mark's girlfriend, Diana drew The Truck in the Tree Christmas Card. The Truck in the Tree & Mark were featured in the movie “Wisconsin Cheese Heads”.

“The Truck in the Tree” has given Mark well over a million dollars in low cost, unique and very effective advertising. Call Mark at 608-295-5059 and he will do the math for you.
Now he has decided to do a little more “Commercial Art” with the creation of “The Tree in the Truck” and the “Truck Between the Trees”.
